The culture is to be one of sharing and growing. The hotels of Nemis are managed by the combination of experienced experts and “Young Leaders”.¬† The corporate culture is complemented by the support of diverse partners from different industries.

Organic growth forms the basis of the vision: In addition to the existing concept for the moxy Hotel Simmern, Nemis intends to develop budget lifestyle and classic select hotels annually with the accredited Nemis Hotels. Nemis Hotels wants to develop and operate them with own brands or with existing franchise agreements with international hotel brands (e.g. Marriott International). Nemis Hotels expects around five developments within the next three years.  Further collaborations with Deutsche Hospitality, IHG and Best Western are in the pipeline.

Nemis’ goal is to develop and operate up to 20 hotels.
